Shipping and Delivery:

Party Shaty’s team will do their best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Usually your order will take 3-5 working days for tier-1 cities (metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad), and 5-10 working days for other cities. Please plan your celebrations accordingly.

Please be advised that during peak holiday shopping season and due to current industry supply chain challenges, there may be slight delays in shipping and delivering your order. Thank you for your understanding.

All orders will be processed and shipped from Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays). Please note that our cutoff time for shipping is 12pm IST for all orders. We provide the following shipping methods:

  • Prepaid only Shipping (for order value below 650.00 INR):Orders with a value below Rs.650/- will only be processed if they are prepaid. We receive a high volume of orders on a regular basis, and a majority of these orders are not genuine. To prevent any further issues, we are only offering this service to buyers who are willing to pay a minimum charge of 99.00 INR.
  • Cash on Delivery: We provide Cash on Delivery for orders over 650 INR. A COD charge of 99 INR is applicable for buyers who want this facility.
  • Free Shipping on Prepaid Orders: Prepaid orders of 650.00 INR or more qualify for free shipping.

We provide 24-hour delivery to the following cities:

  • Chennai: If you need your order delivered urgently, please let us know by calling +918925880091 or by writing a note at checkout.

Order Issues:

Your tracking status will be updated by our courier partners. If your status hasn’t changed in a few days, please reach out to us or chat with us using the chat button on the bottom right.

* When applicable, the shipping carrier may mark a package as “Delivered” a few days in advance to ensure timely delivery.

If you have not received your package after it has been marked delivered, please follow these steps:

  • Please review your shipping address on your order confirmation to verify that it is correct to ensure that your order is shipped to the correct address.
  • Please check your mailbox and any other locations where you receive mail. The shipping carrier may have left the package in a discreet location to prevent it from being stolen.
  • If you are expecting a package, please check with your neighbors, family, or roommates to see if they have accepted it on your behalf.
  • If an attempted delivery is noted on your tracking link, please follow the next steps provided to ensure receipt of your package.
  • We recommend waiting 3 business days for your item to arrive. Shipping carriers may scan items as delivered prior to arrival, so please allow some additional time. Thank you for your patience.

If it has already been past 7 business days and your package is still missing, please reach out to us with your order number to let us know.

If your order has been returned to Party Shaty, it’s likely to be for one of the following reasons:

  • The delivery address was incomplete (e.g. misspelled or missing information).
  • Our shipping partner was unable to access the address after several attempts.
  • The order was not collected from the pickup point after it being delivered.
  • The package was refused.

If your shipment is “returned to sender”, we recommend emailing us to verify your shipping address and have your order reshipped. Please kindly note that we may not be able to reship your order if an item is out of stock.

Once your items are shipped, Pepper is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number for more information.

Updating Your Order:

We have different shipping options based on your payment method. Please see the instructions below.

  • Prepaid: We process and ship orders within 24 business hours, unless the buyer requests otherwise. If there are any changes required to your order, we will contact you on the registered mobile number.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): We confirm all our COD orders prior to shipping. Once confirmed, the order will be shipped within 24 business hours. Please note that once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

If you would like to make changes to your order, please contact us within two business hours.

You can have the shipping address changed. Please find the instructions for different payment modes. 

  • Prepaid: Reach us out within two business hours through E-mail, Chat or WhatsApp.
  • Cash on Delivery: Reach us out within two business hours through E-mail, Chat or WhatsApp. You can even change your shipping address upon the verification call.
